ADC Innovations is based in Roodepoort, Gauteng, South Africa. We are the responsible party for the personal information you share with us through this website.

When you request an audit we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, the options you tick, your message, and, if you use it, your answers to the agent questionnaire. We do not ask for ID numbers, banking details or passwords.

We use your details only to respond to your audit request: to contact you, book your session and prepare for it. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without asking first.

Form submissions are passed to our own business systems through an automation service that processes the data on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We keep your details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep proper business records.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@adcinnovations.co.za and we will respond. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can also contact the Information Regulator of South Africa.
